Manage Security Question and Answer

Note: This tool has been RETIRED. Security Question-based password resets will occur in the new NetID Management System going live on Monday, March 15th.

This page will allow you to create a Security Question and Answer for your Towson University NetID.

By creating a unique security question and answer, the security of your NetID can be increased, while at the same time providing you a convenient way to reset your password in the event that you forget it. To set your security question, click Set Security Question and Answer from the menu on the left. Once set, this security question and answer can be used to reset your password for as long as you have a Towson University NetID.

If you have forgotten your password and have previously set your Security Question and Answer, select Reset Password Using Security Question from the menu.
